New working hours and location options in Outlook lets people set more flexible working hours each day and specify the location from where they plan to work. You can also view your colleagues’ work location when scheduling a meeting.
When you ask Copilot in the meeting chat a question, it will use the chat and transcript content as the source.

To provide additional flexibility in managing Search for your organization, Microsoft Search in Bing and Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 in Bing, Edge, and Windows will no longer be managed by a single control in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Copilot for Microsoft 365 in Bing, Edge, and Windows will be managed using a PowerShell script.

For organizations with a Teams Room Pro license, the room admin will be able to configure and require a meeting ID and passcode to join a meeting from Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android to ensure higher levels of security and privacy. This means that, if you have configured the room to use this feature, the room user is required to enter the meeting ID and passcode when selecting the Join button from the Teams Room calendar.

In October 2026, Microsoft Publisher will reach its end of life. After that time, it will no longer be included in Microsoft 365 and existing on-premises suites will no longer be supported. Until then, support for Publisher will continue and users can expect the same experience as today.
