Outlook: RSVP improvements in event context menu in new Outlook for Windows and web

Changes to the event’s right-click context menu will make it easier to respond to meeting invitations from the Calendar surface. All RSVP options will be on the first level of the menu. There will be also separate options to respond to either all events in the series or just the current instance. This update will be available in the new Outlook for Windows and web. #newOutlookforWindows

Microsoft Teams: Workflows – Easier discoverability of Workflows templates

Users will be able to discover which Workflows template was used when they receive a Workflows card in chats and channels. Teams Workflow cards posted from a template will now include a link to the template used. Users will be able to open the workflow template and create their own automated Teams workflows to save them time when completing routine tasks.

Microsoft Purview | Insider Risk Management: Granular trigger throttling

Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management is introducing granular trigger throttling limits in a public preview by late May 2024, with general availability in late December 2024. This update aims to prevent policy interference from high trigger volumes, setting daily limits for sensitive and other triggers, and enhancing policy health warning messages. No preparation is needed from users.

Microsoft Outlook: Graph-grounded chat with Microsoft Copilot in Outlook

Microsoft Copilot for Outlook, featuring graph-grounded chat, will begin rolling out to tenants with the necessary licenses in late April 2024, with completion expected by mid-May 2024. This update will enable enterprise graph grounding by default, adhering to existing search policies and access permissions. Users can interact with Copilot via an icon in Outlook, with no admin action required for the rollout.

Microsoft Viva: Minimum group size update for Copilot Dashboard

Microsoft Viva’s Copilot Dashboard now shows tenant-level metrics without a minimum group size requirement and user-level metrics with a reduced minimum group size threshold, which can be configured by the Viva Insights administrator. These changes are available now and affect data visualization and privacy settings.
