We’re adding the capability to apply a shape over the image web part as well as on inline images in the text web part. Shapes include square, circle, triangle, hexagon, pebble, and teardrop.

The DiscoverPageContextEnabled policy for controlling page context in Microsoft Copilot in Edge will be retired in July 2024. It will be replaced by two new policies, CopilotPageContext and CopilotCDPPageContext, which allow administrators to manage browser context access for Copilot. Existing settings will not be migrated and the new policies are unconfigured by default. Administrators should set new configurations before July 25, 2024, to avoid interruptions.

Copilot for Teams will be accessible in Microsoft Teams Mobile after meetings end, starting early May 2024. This feature requires meetings to have transcriptions enabled and will be available worldwide by late May 2024. No admin action is needed for this rollout.

Beginning January 2025, Exchange Online will enforce a new External Recipient Rate limit of 2000 recipients per 24 hours, introduced in two phases for new and existing tenants. This limit is part of the overall 10000 Recipient Rate limit, aiming to prevent abuse of services. Organizations exceeding this limit should consider Azure Communication Services for Email.

The bookmark and acronym answer features in OWA will be retired in June 2024, but this will not affect the overall email search experience.
