The Files app accessed from the left side of the Teams desktop client will be updated with the new OneDrive app experience, bringing performance improvements, more views, and the latest features of OneDrive to both classic and new Teams. All existing features of the Files app will also be available via this new OneDrive app experience. For more details, please visit the blog page.
As part of this change, Files app on left side of the new Teams desktop client will also become OneDrive app. There is no change in the name of Files app in either classic Teams desktop client or Teams mobile client.
Surface Hub 3 is now officially joining the Microsoft Teams Rooms family as an all-in-one Teams Rooms board running Teams Rooms on Windows.

We are introducing a new calling feature. With private line, users will be able to have a private second phone number that they can make available to a select set of callers to call them directly, bypassing delegates, admins, or assistants. Inbound calls to the private line will be distinguished by a unique notification and ringtone. The private line will support incoming calls only.

Today Viva Engage AMAs only allow for AMA Events that are public and open to the entire organization, though they might only be promoted to specific groups of people they could be discovered and accessed by anyone in the organization. With this update, AMA Events will now allow you to make your event private and only accessible to a specific list of attendees. Additionally, we will also be releasing a way for you to add up to 10 hosts and organizers to help expand the types of events you can host and make moderation easier.

Users can collaborate in a way that meets compliance standards in meetings on a mobile device by picking sensitivity labels on Teams calendar. The labels will follow all the rules that have been set by the administrators, and they will apply to the users in the tenant.

This feature enables users to view and edit collaborative meeting notes while watching Teams meeting recordings in Stream. Collaborative notes allow meeting attendees to co-create and collaborate on their meeting agenda, notes, and action items. Since Collaborative notes are a Loop component, it is always in sync regardless of how many places they live in. Assigned tasks in collaborative meeting notes automatically sync with To Do & Planner.

Microsoft Purview is expanding access to wider cloud security activity events for Microsoft Stream. As part of the changes, standard users of Purview Audit will begin to generate 5 new Microsoft Stream events that were previously generated only for Audit Premium licensed users.
