This capability allows the admin with view-only restricted permissions to view the Data Loss Prevention and Information Protection policy configuration details without editing the policies or label configurations.
With this capability, customers can extend Microsoft Endpoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and actions to endpoints running Windows on ARM (ARM64) which allows them to detect and protect sensitive data in files part of their digital ecosystem. This allows admins to introduce policy controls for scenarios such as when an information worker using a Windows endpoint powered by ARM64 chipset is accessing sensitive files and performing an exfiltration action such as copying to a USB, or copy to clipboard, notepad, etc.
Centralized IT administration of Viva Connections experiences along with home sites within the Microsoft Viva admin experience in Microsoft 365 admin center.
This new capability enables customers to create multiple distinct Connections experiences and corresponding home sites within the same tenant. Common scenarios include conglomerates or subsidiaries that require different Connections experiences for different users, each with its own dashboard, feed and resources.
Users will be able to add a video to a playlist directly from embedded videos across Microsoft 365 (SharePoint pages, Outlook, teams, Viva Engage, etc.) without having to open the video in Stream.
The feature enables users to schedule the export of reports on a recurring or on-demand basis. Additionally, users will be notified when the exported report or items are ready for use and download.
This new feature grants the user the capability to view the source link of the file associated with the activity flagged in Activity Explorer.

Currently the scheduling form in Microsoft Teams does not show the time zone or work hours of the attendees, which can make it difficult for users to find a common time to schedule a meeting. A new feature will address this issue by allowing meeting organizers to see the time zone for all meeting attendees in the scheduling form of the scheduling assistant.

We are updating the Send Email experience with a new Invite flow instead of sending sharing links. We have received feedback indicating that customers who use the Send Email flow perceive they may have overshared when they realize after clicking on the “Send” button that the default sharing link was broader than they had initially intended. This change helps to better align with customers’ expectations when sharing files with others, helping them share confidently with specific people in the most secure ways.
