Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | Communication Compliance Support for adaptive policy scopes

Adaptive policy scopes enable your organization to define user scopes for policies based on criteria such as geography, group, or other Azure Active Directory attributes. With adaptive policy scopes, policies are automatically updated to include users that match defined risk criteria rather than requiring admins to repeatedly update static lists of users to include in the policy scope. Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance provides the tools to help organizations detect regulatory compliance violations (e.g. SEC and FINRA obligations), such as inappropriate sharing of sensitive or confidential information, harassing or threatening language and sharing of adult content. Communication Compliance enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance and organizational requirements. Built with privacy by design, usernames are pseudonymized by default, role-based access controls are built in, investigators are opted in by an admin, and audit logs are in place to ensure user-level privacy.

Microsoft Stream: Video and audio embed code for use on internal web sites

With this feature users can get an embed code for an audio or video file that is uploaded to or stored in SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, or Yammer. The embed code renders the audio or video source file in a player and can be used on intranets or internal websites. Note: If the user is logged into the internal site or intranet where the embedded player is featured, but is not logged into M365, then they will be asked to login to M365 to view the content. If the user does not have permission to view the content, then a modal will surface in place of the video which will allow the user to request access to the audio or video file.

Microsoft Teams: Teams calendar – Muti window experience for scheduling form for Government

Currently, it is not possible to work on a file, chat, look into activity while managing time on teams’ calendar. The reason for this is all these are in different apps located in the left app tray. Users have to switch back and forth between these apps to multi-task in calendar and there are times the data/context gets lost while switching between these apps. We have heard this feedback and as a first step towards solving this, scheduling form can now be popped out as a separate window. This scheduling form new window can be seen while creating a new meeting An existing meeting can also be now popped out by clicking on the icon on scheduling form. Our tech wizards have also made some improvements to calendar in this version which makes it faster to load now. In our next versions, we also plan to pop out the complete calendar app as a new window.
