We will be turning on intra-organizational protection by default for high-confidence phishing messages that contain a malicious or spam-based URLs in Microsoft Defender for Office 365. We are doing this along with the handling of intra-organizational messages (MC577356).
When this will happen:
Search returns content stored in the main folder
and content stored within all its sub-folders.
Search experience improvement makes it more
prominent and discoverable, with higher color contrast on the input area,
border, and font, along with fine tunes on all themes as well as light and dark
modes.
Microsoft Teams Premium makes Teams meetings more personalized, intelligent, and secure, with branded meetings, intelligent recap and search, live translated captions, advanced meeting protection, and it provides advanced webinar and advanced Virtual Appointment experiences.

Previously, admins could not change the retention period set on existing labels configured to start retention from when items were labeled. This feature will remove this restriction, and the resulting behavior will be consistent with other retention label types.

We are currently working to improve user experience by providing a coherent profile photo experience across Microsoft 365. This primarily impacts those users of SharePoint online (SPO) who neither have an exchange license or are using Delve for uploading images. This may also impact a small number of SPO admin who upload the user profile image on behalf of the end users.
