The content pane surfaces relevant authoring tools that help authors quickly browse and add content to SharePoint pages. With this new feature, authors can easily drag and drop web parts, media, and section templates for creating rich and engaging pages.
Currently an application requires Sites.FullControl.All to create new site collections within a tenant. This work will allow applications to use a new scope, Sites.Create.All, to create new site collections without accessing any existing content. During the site creation process the application can request access to the new site, allowing for provisioning scenarios with reduced tenant permissions.
New SharePoint start experience aims to inspire content creators to use their platform. By emphasizing a user-friendly approach that minimizes clicks, it’s now easier to create websites, pages, news, and intranet content. Creators can return to the start experience hub to refine drafts, review past work, and monitor engagement metrics
Introduction of new .Selected permissions and APIs to support granting applications permissions at all of the levels where it is possible to break inheritance today. This will apply to applications operating in either delegated or app-only mode.
We have recently pushed new updates to the Teams Live Event Attendee experience to support the new RTMP-In scenario for Teams. We have identified an issue that will cause us to change how we currently support Teams Live Event Attendees that join using guest access via the Web. Starting in May, we will no longer support guest users joining on the Web as a Teams Live Event Attendee.

The Power Apps Maker Portal Learn Seach API utilizes a global endpoint, and the user search term is being sent to that endpoint. This could cause issues with European Union Data Boundary (EUDB) compliance as the user search term should stay within the user’s selected data boundary. To be EUDB compliant, we are changing the default tenant admin setting value for PowerPlatform.Search.disableDocsSearch from false to true.
You will now be able to use multiple accounts with Microsoft To Do iOS. You will only see data from one account at a time. Easily switch between account from the settings page.
