This is a follow up of Message Center post MC567478.

Starting July 10th ability for Microsoft Teams users to report messages within Teams as security risk will be turned on by default. Security risk messages could include ones that contain phishing or spam or malicious content, such as phishing URL or malware file, spam content. This feature will allow users to share whiteboards with external guests of your tenant via a personal share link (PSL). This feature will respect any OneDrive/Sharepoint sharing settings your tenant has enabled. Additionally, if your tenant has Business to Business Invitation Manager (B2B IM) enabled, this feature will allow you to send a whiteboard via PSL to external users and B2B IM will create a guest user account for them so they can access the file.
