Power Apps License Request Flow

Beginning mid-March, we are improving the experience of managing self-service trials by providing admins with the ability to receive license requests from Power Apps users in your organization. Once a request is submitted by a user, you will see a notification on the Microsoft 365 admin center home page.

New admin controls for Global and Viva Goals Administrators

Viva Goals Administrators (and Global Administrators) will now have a new admin page from which they can manage the existing Viva Goals policy settings for the tenant. In addition, now they will also be able to view and manage all the organizations on Viva Goals by updating the organization owner or admin privileges.

Feature release for Multi-geo admin audit

We are delighted to announce a new feature release for Exchange Online Multi-geo environment. This feature allows admins to audit admin operations across all locations using the Search-UnifiedAuditLog cmdlet and Microsoft Purview. Starting in early March, this feature will be rolled out to tenants. You can begin testing the feature by using Microsoft Purview or Search-UnifiedAuditLog cmdlet and track admin operations. Excel is blocking untrusted XLL add-ins by default

We are introducing a default change for Excel Windows desktop apps that run XLL add-ins: XLL add-ins from untrusted locations will now be blocked by default.

For XLL add-ins in files from untrusted locations, you will no longer be able to enable content with a click of a button. A message will appear notifying you of the risk and a link to get more information about possible workarounds and support. This change will help you stay more secure by blocking popular attack techniques.
