An automatic browser screen will now launch for users when an incoming PSTN call is accepted in Microsoft Teams. The browser screen will display relevant information to the user (CRM data, case data, etc.).

Today, we are excited to announce Microsoft Teams Premium. Built on the familiar, all-in-one collaboration experience of Microsoft Teams, this new offering makes every meeting from 1:1s to large meetings, to virtual appointments to webinars more personalized, intelligent, and secure. Unlike the disconnected experience and costs of multiple point products or add-ons, with Teams Premium you get advanced meeting solutions you need for just one low price.
As part of the Teams Premium announcement, these existing features will move to Teams Premium when it becomes available in February.
We’ve released updates to the following update channels for Microsoft 365 Apps:
With this improved experience, editors will be able to see and request third-party apps while editing the Dashboard for Viva. The “Browse more cards” section will be added in the toolbox, showing up the third-party apps that complement Viva Connections.
Configure label policies for email messages with attachments to inherit labels that match the highest classification of those attachments.
Configure Data Loss Prevention policies to enable policy tips for emails with sensitivity labels.
A new web interface for the Viva Insights app will be discoverable via the web, and the Microsoft 365 app launcher on Office.com. This will offer an additional way to access the personal productivity and wellbeing experiences currently in the Viva Insights app in Teams, and will include a link to the MyAnalytics dashboard for users who want to reflect on insights related to their work habits.
The AIP Scanner admin configuration is currently managed through the Azure portal. The admin configuration will be moved to the Microsoft Purview compliance portal. Existing users of the Scanner will see their configurations in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal with no additional steps.
We will be retiring support for iOS 13 and MacOS 10.14 on the To Do iOS and Mac apps respectively. We recommend upgrading to version 14 and above for iOS and 10.15 and above for MacOS to continue using the To Do application on your device. If automatic upgrades are not set up on your device, then instructions to upgrade can be found here for iOS and here for MacOS.
