Loop components are live, interactive, collaborative objects that you can embed in Teams chats and now also in Outlook emails. When you send a Loop component, everyone in the email can view it inline, see changes instantly, and easily make edits. That means you can collaborate right inside an Outlook email message. Outlook mobile users will see the active Loop component — where changes made to the component across supported apps sync instantly — and then be able to tap on the component to edit it in the Microsoft 365 mobile app or if you are in Android in the Loop mobile app.

Increase transparency by viewing a user’s OKRs from Viva Goals within a Live People Card in Outlook

When labels are configured to add footers, currently the footers accumulate at the very bottom of long email chains. This enhancement now adds footers at the bottom of the most recent reply instead of at the bottom of the whole email thread. Note that this feature supports emails formatted as HTML or PlainText. Support for Rich Text email formats is legacy and will not be improved in Outlook. For emails formatted as Rich Text, label footers will continue to accumulate at the bottom of email threads as before.

This feature enables IT admins to block anonymous users from accessing the chat in internally hosted meetings by disabling the read access on top of the existing disabled write access.

When creating a new standard channel, a new Notes tab will be automatically created. Each Teams team will have a dedicated OneNote workbook and each channel will have its own section, making it easier on the workgroup to add their notes.

Contextual summary will be supported in simulation mode for service-side auto-labeling. When reviewing matched items in the Contextual Summary tab, you’ll now be able to easily review what sensitive information type was found as a match in the document.

With this release, users, especially non OKR owners, will land on the activity feed page. The page has updates with OKRs that are relevant to users, so they are well informed on the target, progress achieved, status, and comments/reactions from managers, leaders, and other collaborators. Users can comment/react on the updated directly from activity feed.
