Inspiration library is a new feature available in preview through the Viva Insights app in Teams. The Inspiration library turns insights into action with access to curated content and best practices from top sources like Harvard Business Review and Thrive.

Insider Risk Management in Microsoft 365 correlates various signals from the chip to the cloud to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, security and policy violations, and more. Built with privacy by design, users are pseudonymized by default, and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy.

In the near future, we will be adding a restore option on the Manage Tags tab (Manage Team > Manage Tags). This update will make it so that when tags are deleted, they will be kept in a deleted section in the Tags tab and can be restored for up to 30 days from the date of deletion.
Note: This is similar to the lifecycle management for Teams Channels.
Customer Lockbox is available today for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. With this update, we are enabling Customer Lockbox for Microsoft Teams as well.
Note: If you are already using Customer Lockbox today, no extra steps are needed to take advantage of this update.
We’re announcing a support policy update to the Time To Live (TTL) value for MX records pointing to Exchange Online and Exchange Online Protection.
Starting May 2nd, the maximum supported TTL value for MX records will be 6 hours (21,600 seconds) or less for MX records corresponding to domains using Office 365 for email hosting.
As a follow up to MC291661 (October ’21) we wanted to share that this feature was launched and enables users to toggle features, such as transcripts, on and off for all viewers in the web player. Audio and video files must be stored in OneDrive and SharePoint. In the original announcement we shared there would be a toggle for Comments. The toggle for Comments has been postponed and will be coming in the future. We apologize for any confusion. Below is a summary of what is available today.
The anti-malware policy can be configured with recipient and sender notifications when a message is quarantined. We are redesigning this notifications option and delivery.

The “Present” button moves back to the Teams Rooms console home screen and will be named Share. Cortana push-to-talk button is moved to the bottom of the home screen, allowing users to continue using Cortana seamlessly while presenting HDMI content from Teams Rooms device console. The Cortana design change is available in Teams Rooms with the Cortana voice assistance policy enabled.
