Users will now be able to create e-signature approvals on any mobile device.

Users will now be able to create e-signature approvals on any mobile device.

Users can now see their e-signature approvals on mobile devices and take action on them. As a recipient they can view or review them, as a creator they can edit or cancel them.

Users can now seamlessly create and review e-signature approval requests directly in Teams removing the need to access the e-sign provider website.

Admins can configure their auto-labeling policies to be automatically turned on if there aren’t any changes to the policy within a set number of days from simulation completion. This configuration option will be available in the auto-labeling policy setup in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal and via cmdlet.

When Chat bubbles is enabled, chat messages will surface on the mobile screen where you can preview the most recent two messages.

Choose how you’d like to share photos through Outlook for iOS. Outlook makes it easier to send one or many photos from your gallery or cloud sources: as an attachment or embedded in your message.

Viewer and CC roles will soon be available to users when creating new e-signature approval requests using DocuSign. Recipients with the Viewer role will need to view the document, while the CC role will allow the recipient to view the document if they want to.
