PowerPoint live, Whiteboard and Excel live for Watermarked Meetings (Premium)

Teams meeting participants will now have the ability to share content via PowerPoint Live, Whiteboard, Excel Live when Watermark is enabled. This creates an ease in the sharing experience and makes the presentation much more engaging while keeping the meeting protected.

When this will happen:

Targeted Release: We will begin rolling out early February 2024 and expect to complete by mid-February 2024.

Standard Release: We will begin rolling out mid-February 2024 and expect to complete by late February 2024.

How this will affect your organization:

Users can now feel empowered to share content via PPT live, Whiteboard and Excel live during meetings that have Watermark enabled. 

What you need to do to prepare:

These content sharing features can be enabled in-meeting when Watermark is turned on.
