With this change, when inserting a link of a Yammer conversation in a public community from their canonical (home) network, users with the Yammer Communities app for Microsoft Teams installed will now get a rich preview directly in Teams.

When this will happen:

This new functionality will be rolling out in June. If you see that the Communities app version is greater than v.2.2.3, then the functionality has been enabled in your tenant.

How this will affect your organization:

Users with the Communities app installed will now see a rich preview of the Yammer link they paste into the chat window. If a preview is not desired, simply remove the preview.
