After July 15, 2023, we will be retiring the capability to directly import SharePoint Promoted Results in Microsoft Search.

Note: This will not affect your tenant if you are not using this feature.

How this affects your organization:

As an alternative, we recommend exporting the CSV file from SharePoint and importing through the CSV bookmark import tool or exporting from SharePoint and creating API queries.

What you can do to prepare:

You may consider updating training and documentation as appropriate.
