Streamlining the submission experience in Microsoft Defender for Office 365

With streamlined submissions, security teams can view emails, email attachments, URLs, and User Reported messages from a more convenient location under their respective items tab.

When this will happen:

We will begin rolling out late February and expect to complete by early March. 

How this will affect your organization:

The submission portal will be moving from under the “Email & collaboration” section to the “Actions & submissions” section. Also, items under the submission section are going to be grouped by the respective item tabs such as Emails, URLs, Email Attachments and User Reported Message Settings thus making it easier to use submissions. 

What you need to do to prepare:

You may consider updating your training and documentation as appropriate.
