Most Microsoft Viva All Company communities in tenants and networks that are not yet in native mode networks will be automatically migrated to the modern All Company experience. This means that All Company will have all the new community experiences and features. This change will only affect a few Engage networks. Most networks already have the modern All Company experience.
The All Company for non-native mode networks will be automatically migrated to the modern experience. This adds new features to All Company such as community customizations, cover photos, and custom naming. Find out more about the benefits here.
The Modern Translator feature in Microsoft M365 Apps is making changes that may require users and tenant administrators to take steps to ensure continuity of service. We strongly recommend you ensure your installed versions of any of the below release channels or products, Win32 and Mac (Current Channel, Monthly Enterprise Channel, Semi-Annual Channel, Perpetual Channels, Windows Teams Desktop, Teams Android, Teams iOS, OneNote for Windows 10, or Office Store Translator for Outlook) are updated to minimum versions as detailed here: Modern Translator in Microsoft 365.

We are updating the Send Email experience with a new Invite flow instead of sending sharing links. We have received feedback indicating that customers who use the Send Email flow perceive they may have overshared when they realize after clicking on the “Send” button that the default sharing link was broader than they had initially intended. This change helps to better align with customers’ expectations when sharing files with others, helping them share confidently with specific people in the most secure ways.
