Closed captions will soon be supported for embedded videos in PowerPoint Live for Teams. Video closed captions in PowerPoint Live will be rolling out across Microsoft Teams Desktop and Web and will allow PowerPoint Live users to create accessible presentations that include video.

Teams Assignments is adding grading periods, which will allow users to define grading periods for Class Teams, such as Fall Semester and Spring semester. Users will be able to see separate grades for each grading periods and see a view of Assignments broken down by grading period.
Teams Assignments is adding alternative grading schemes, which will allow users to define and grade assignments different grading schemes such as a letter grade scheme or a points based scale. This feature will expand grading options beyond the currently offered percentage grade shown today.
Teams Assignments is adding grading categories, which will allow users to define categories of assignments with associated weights that will be used to calculate grades. Average grades will be calculated by multiplying the average grade for each category by its associated weight. This will allow users to give different levels of importance to different types of assignments.
