Intelligent speaker functionalities are brought to existing speakers via the cloud. This feature identifies and attributes people in live transcripts, utilizing a unique voice profile for each participant enabling intelligent recaps and maximum value from Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams Premium in meetings. Users can easily and securely enroll voices via Teams Settings. This feature requires a Teams Rooms Pro license.

You can now customize where your Teams notification appear on your screen when using Teams on web. Options include bottom right, top right, bottom left, and top left, allowing you to choose the most convenient and least intrusive location for a better experience and productivity.
For Microsoft Teams, in the Queues app, authorized users will be able to enter into a monitoring session for private coaching. They can listen to customer calls, whisper to the agents for private messages, and barge into or takeover the call.
