Microsoft 365 is enhancing Insider Risk Management with configurable risk level expiration settings for adaptive protection. We are announcing the Power Automate Hosted Process license for Power Automate. Beginning on May 1, 2024, Power Automate Hosted RPA add-on will change to a stand-alone license which will no longer require a Power Automate Premium license.

Microsoft Viva’s Copilot Dashboard now shows tenant-level metrics without a minimum group size requirement and user-level metrics with a reduced minimum group size threshold, which can be configured by the Viva Insights administrator. These changes are available now and affect data visualization and privacy settings.
