Viva Amplify: Viva for AI Transformation pre-built campaign now available
The message details the availability of a new Viva for AI Transformation pre-built campaign in Viva Amplify, including 10 pre-drafted communications for corporate communicators and change management leaders. It will roll out in August 2024 and requires no admin action to activate.
In June 2024, Microsoft Viva Amplify added the Copilot deployment kit which includes 8 pre-drafted communications to help organizations plan, communicate, and adopt Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365. Now, to help with broader adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365 across the various Viva applications, we’re adding a new Viva for AI Transformation pre-built campaign to help corporate communicators and change management leaders with their AI transformation efforts by highlighting specific capabilities within each Viva module.
The Viva for AI Transformation campaign includes 10 pre-drafted communications and campaign briefs with objectives and key messages. Each communication can easily be edited, reviewed, and published to multiple channels, including Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams, highlighting the specific AI capabilities available in each Viva module and how employees and the organization can benefit from them.

When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out early August 2024 and expect to complete by late August 2024.
How this will affect your organization:
Users with permissions to access the Viva Amplify app will have access to the Viva for AI Transformation pre-built campaign. These users will see an updated banner at the top of the campaign page where they can access this pre-built campaign as well as the Copilot deployment kit campaign. Both of these pre-built campaigns can also be accessed through the Create Campaign button on the Pre-built campaigns home page in Viva Amplify.

When clicking on the Create Campaign button, users will get a new UI modal to select either Blank campaign or Pre-built campaign:
When selecting Pre-built campaign, users will have the option to select from two campaigns (the Copilot Deployment kit that is already available and the new Viva for AI Transformation):
This update is available by default.
What you need to do to prepare:
Inform your corporate communicators and change management communicators that this new pre-built campaign is available to help with their rollout and change management efforts for Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Viva.
This rollout will happen automatically by the specified date with no admin action required before the rollout.
