Flow.microsoft.com is moving to make.powerautomate.com

Over the next several weeks (June-July 2022), we will be in the process of moving our Power Automate portal to a new common Power Platform infrastructure which will include new domains for the Power Automate portal. Once we enable this, the existing Power Automate URLs will start redirecting to the new URLs.

Tenant-level analytics for Power Platform admins is now available to customers hosted in all public cloud regions. These solutions allow environment admins to effectively monitor the rapid growth in creation and adoption of applications & flows across the organization.

Update firewall configurations for Power Automate flow IP addresses by May 15, 2022

New IP addresses have been added for Azure Logic Apps for availability zone support to provide increased resiliency and availability for your Power Automate flows. This will affect some Power Automate flows as calls made from a flow may go directly through the Azure Logic App service. If you have firewall configurations that allow communication with Logic Apps IP addresses, you will need to update them with new addresses for Logic Apps and Connectors.

Power Platform data loss prevention policy available to all Dataverse for Teams environments

In March 2020, we added a PowerShell solution that applies data loss prevention (DLP) policy to all Dataverse for Teams environments within a tenant. This allows admins to better control their organization’s data without hindering makers’ ability to create low-code and no-code solutions within Teams.

Change coming to your Power Automate Service

In order to provide effective support to all of our customers, Microsoft must enforce the boundaries of the different support plans that we offer. Starting in early March, we will allow customers to submit support cases for ‘advisory’ issues according to their support plan. As documented here, only customers with a Professional Direct or Unified support plan (premium support plans) can file an ‘advisory” support ticket.

Previously, we have not differentiated between technical and advisory support in the Power Platform Admin Center and allowed admins and their users to file ‘advisory’ tickets without checking their support plans.
