This feature will enable customers working across cloud boundaries – worldwide cloud to GCC High or Microsoft 365 operated by 21-Vianet, to share files protected with Purview Information Protection sensitivity labels. IT administrators will soon be able to run silent test calls in Microsoft Teams to check network readiness and detect issues proactively. This feature requires a Teams Premium license and applies to Teams for Windows and Mac desktops. Rollout starts mid-July 2025 for targeted release and mid-August 2025 for general availability.
Microsoft Purview compliance center will allow admins to preview email attachments directly in content explorer starting June 2025. This feature supports various file types and requires no admin action before rollout. Review your configuration and notify admins about this change. Microsoft Planner will soon preview a web search capability in the Project Manager Agent (PMA), allowing real-time web information integration into tasks. This feature requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license and will roll out from June to July 2025. No admin action is needed before rollout, but review configurations and notify users.
Microsoft Outlook for iOS/Android introduces a new priority view highlighting important emails and those needing replies, available from late June 2025 to late December 2025. A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required. Users can enable this feature in Outlook settings and customize the view. No admin action is needed.
Resharing to external users is required after enabling Microsoft SharePoint integration with Microsoft Entra B2B. Effective July 1, 2025, previously shared links will no longer work, and external users must be re-invited. Notify users, update documentation, and plan for MFA registration. Learn more here.

Organizations managing these devices must update to specified app versions by December 31, 2025, to avoid service disruption. Key dates include July 31, 2025, and September 30, 2025, for transitioning to modern authentication.
