Microsoft Purview | Insider Risk Management – Ability to preview content in Insider Risk Management Alerts

Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management will add a content preview tab in alerts, allowing investigators to view supported SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange content without creating cases. Rolling out April to July 2026, this feature is enabled by default for licensed tenants and requires no action to enable.

Microsoft Viva: Viva Glint – Custom confidentiality statements

This feature enables Company Admins to customize the default Microsoft Viva Glint confidentiality statement. Admins can choose to turn off the default statement and instead define confidentiality messaging tailored to their specific program settings, such as whether responses are configured to be confidential.

Microsoft Teams: Minimized meeting window enhancements

We’re improving the experience when the active meeting window is minimized. Users can now raise their hand and send reactions without restoring the full meeting window. They can also choose between two minimized views: an expanded view that shows up to 4 participant videos, or a compact view that does not display other participants’ video.
