When creating a new presentation with Copilot in PowerPoint, choose a template from your organization’s collection for on-brand presentations, or select from Microsoft’s handpicked templates, ensuring the new presentation is built as per your chosen template.
We are announcing an update to the Power Platform admin center (PPAC) that enhances your administrative experience. Effective April 21, 2025, the new PPAC user interface (UI) will become the default experience.
Microsoft PowerPoint will soon allow users to convert text to bullet points or numbered lists using Microsoft 365 Copilot. Initially requiring a Copilot license, this feature will be available to all Microsoft 365 licenses by mid-May 2025. The rollout requires no admin action and will be on by default.
Admins can now export all tenant and report data from Viva Pulse to a .csv file, with one active export job at a time. This feature will be available worldwide by late March 2025. Admins can access the export feature from the manage tab on the Viva Pulse homepage. Microsoft Outlook for iOS/Android will introduce large audience warnings starting mid-April 2025. Users with MailTips support can opt in to receive warnings when emailing over 25 recipients. Admins can customize this threshold. The rollout is automatic, with no required admin action. Notify users and update documentation as needed.
Three Microsoft Secure Score SCIDs (SCID-84, SCID-2020, SCID-2051) for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint will be retired between late March 2025 and late April 2025 to ensure a more accurate security posture representation. These changes will adjust the Security Score experience accordingly.
All Teams Rooms on Windows devices will transition to the Teams Rooms Pro management portal by June 1, 2025, for unified device management. Admins can configure access to new Microsoft Viva Pulse templates for Microsoft 365 Copilot licensed users. This feature, available from late March to mid-April 2025, allows admins to manage template access and review content. No action is required before the rollout, but reviewing configurations and notifying users is recommended.
The Recommended section on the Home tab of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app will be updated to include Copilot prompt suggestions for licensed users, enhancing content relevance. Users won’t be able to remove Meeting recordings and Upcoming meetings content. This change will be effective in late April 2025 and requires no admin action.
