Microsoft PowerPoint: Stay on-brand when creating a presentation with Microsoft 365 Copilot

Microsoft 365 Copilot in PowerPoint will allow users to create presentations with their organization’s brand images using either an organizational asset library (OAL) in SharePoint or a Templafy library. The rollout will begin in late March 2025 and complete by early April 2025. Admins need to configure these options for users.

Browser access will be enabled by default for all Android users in Microsoft Entra starting July 2025. The Enable Browser Access feature will be retired, and no action is required from admins or users. This change is part of security enhancements and will occur automatically.

Microsoft Exchange Online: New limit for dynamic distribution groups (DDGs)

Microsoft Exchange Online will limit dynamic distribution groups (DDGs) to 3,000 per organization starting in April 2025. Admins must remove existing DDGs to create new ones if the limit is reached. This change is automatic and cannot be turned off. Review and manage DDGs using the provided report link.

Clipchamp introduces AI-powered video creation with Clipchamp Copilot for work, generating scripts, sourcing stock footage, and assembling videos. Transitioning from user’s OneDrive to SharePoint for Whiteboards created in Teams Channels

Whiteboards created in Teams Channels will now be stored in the corresponding SharePoint site instead of the initiator’s OneDrive to resolve access issues. This change will roll out from early to late April 2025 and requires no action from tenant admins.

This feature, available to Engage premium, Microsoft Viva Suite, or Microsoft Viva Employee Communications and Communities license holders, will roll out globally from mid to late March 2025.
