The new PDF annotation layout features a more intuitive design where all annotation tools are now conveniently located in a single row at the top of the screen. A new type of eraser has been added to allow for more precise editing which can remove annotations pixel by pixel.
If the camera is not currently auto-framing the room, in-room users can now control the Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) of the active camera to keep the focus where they want it.

Copilot generates answers using the rich, people-centric data and insights available in the Microsoft Graph. Microsoft 365 Copilot GCC is now available in Stream, SharePoint, OneNote, and Pages in Loop.
Option to ‘Add’ and ‘View details’ for an app will appear in the unfurled links for seamless installation of apps & agents.
Allow users to right-click and share apps directly from the app icon on hover, while using the app.
App ratings will appear on the unfurled links for shared apps and agents to allow users who rely on ratings to evaluate apps prior to installing.
Meeting participants in Microsoft Teams for Windows and Mac desktops will soon be able to request collaborative annotation sessions during screen sharing. The rollout starts in April 2025 and completes by early May 2025. No admin action is required, but users should be notified. Anonymous users cannot request annotations.
