Microsoft Purview | Data Connectors – Microsoft partner data connectors for T-Mobile and HKCSL

Legacy Microsoft Outlook for Mac: Support will end

After October 2025, Microsoft 365 subscriptions associated with a Microsoft 365 account (personal, work, or school) will no longer be able to use legacy Microsoft Outlook for Mac. This transition marks a significant step towards a more robust, feature-rich, and secure email experience for all users.

The latest version of Outlook for Mac has been part of the Microsoft 365 suite for the last four years. More than 95% of Microsoft 365 users have already moved from legacy Outlook for Mac to the new version. Learn more about the new features and benefits in our Outlook Blog and Release Notes. Deprecation: What it means in the Windows lifecycle

Microsoft 365 Copilot mobile app: The “Record” feature will retire

We will retire the video Record feature from the Microsoft 365 Copilot mobile app for Android and iOS starting March 17, 2025, and ending March 31, 2025. Instead, we recommend using the device’s video recording feature.

After the retirement, users will no longer be able to record new videos from the Capture tab but will be able to view and access videos that they have already recorded and saved in their Microsoft OneDrive account or on their device.

Microsoft Teams: Direct Routing Call Troubleshooting via SIP Ladder

We are launching the SIP Ladder diagram tool in Teams Admin center to enable admins to troubleshoot their Direct Routing calls in a self-serve way. This feature will be available via the Usage reports page under Teams Admin center. It will also enable admins to view the SIP requests, responses and associated SDP data between Microsoft teams proxy and the SBC through which the call was routed. This data will be available for all calls made more than 30 minutes and less than 30 days ago.

Viva Learning – Copilot Academy availability to all Microsoft 365 users
