New Outlook to be pre-installed on Windows 10 devices

The new Outlook will be pre-installed on Windows 10 devices with the optional January 28, 2025 release, and the February 11, 2025 security update. It will exist alongside classic Outlook without altering configurations or defaults. Preparation guidance is available for controlling the installation.

Power Apps – Fill forms faster with smart paste

We are announcing the fill forms faster with smart paste feature for Power Apps. This feature makes it faster and easier for users to fill forms based on text content from any source. Users can copy the content, smart paste by selecting a button (or using the keyboard shortcut), and receive inline suggestions within the form based on the copied content. This feature will reach general availability on February 1, 2025.

Copilot for Microsoft 365: Take notes in Microsoft OneNote directly in the workflow from the canvas

OneNote is rolling out the new Take notes with Copilot feature for users. Copilot now helps users gather and create notes using natural language prompts based on users’ Microsoft 365 content directly on the Notebook pages that are personal and non-shared with other users.
