OneDrive: Easily get to files shared by people with the new People view in OneDrive Web

Sometimes it can be hard to remember the name of a file or exactly when it was shared, but you know who shared it with you. Because of this, we’ve created an entirely new way to get back to your shared files both internal and external – organized by the people you work with! This view presents the people you have recently collaborated with, along with all the files that have been shared with you by each person.

Microsoft Purview Information Protection: Office Apps on the Web can create PDFs that inherit the source files sensitivity labels

PDFs created from Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will inherit their source files sensitivity labels in Office for the Web when the label is unencrypted.

Microsoft 365 app: Key Document Updates

We will be introducing a feature on the Profile Card as a Highlight that tells users when key collaborators have taken some action on key documents when looking at their profile card. Each collaboration network is a cluster of people, text strings and Microsoft 365 items (key item: documents). The actions that you can see the users in this Collab Network take on these key documents are modify, comment, reply, mention, multiple modifications and shared to you. These updates are only visible to other users within the same Collaboration Network i.e. your close collaborators.

Viva Pulse – New Viva Suite application available on July 20th

Viva Pulse is a new employee feedback experience that is available for use with your Viva Suite subscription. Viva Pulse empowers managers and project team leaders to request and receive feedback from their teams at any time. Managers and project leads can choose from research-based templates to quickly create a survey and send it to select inpiduals or groups. They can also track feedback to understand team sentiment over time and show teams they’re being heard by working together to take clear steps to address needs.
