We’ve released updates to the following update channels for Microsoft 365 Apps:
Viva Goals offers enhanced status control for OKRs and initiatives. Previously, when setting up an OKR or initiative, progress and status were combined into a single field. With this change, customers can now change status independently of progress, offering greater control and flexibility.
Admins will be able to select the sites where end users can create and apply unstructured and prebuilt document processing models.
Publicly switched telephone networks (PSTN) such as SMS and voice authentication are the weakest forms of MFA. To help your users move away from them we are introducing changes to the Microsoft managed state of the Registration campaign feature in Azure Active Directory.

Answers in Viva is available to licensed Viva Suite customers and/or licensed Viva Topics customers.
Viva Pulse is a new employee feedback experience that is available for use with your Viva Suite subscription. Viva Pulse empowers managers and project team leaders to request and receive feedback from their teams at any time. Managers and project leads can choose from research-based templates to quickly create a pulse request and send it to select individuals, or groups. They will receive confidential feedback from their team, and they can take immediate action to increase employee engagement and wellbeing. To ensure that your organization has access to this app, our engineering team will conduct a procedure which will ensure that customers having an active subscription to the Microsoft Viva Suite will see the new Viva Pulse service plan alongside other existing Viva service plans.
