General availability of Communication Compliance tagging improvements

We are making tagging improvements based on feedback to improve investigation and remediation actions in the Communication Compliance solution within the Microsoft 365 compliance center.

When this will happen:

Rollout will begin in late August and is expected to be complete by late September.

How this will affect your organization:

As part of improvements to tagging within Communication Compliance, we are adding column that will display the current tag applied.

View image in new tab Additionally, we’re providing the ability to unresolve a message so it can be triaged again by an investigator.

By default, global administrators do not have access to Communication Compliance features. To enable permissions for Communication Compliance features, see Make Communication Compliance available in your organization.

You might want to notify appropriate users about these new capabilities and update your training and documentation as needed.
