Key points:

You can now stay muted to avoid unwanted background noise during a meeting and rapidly respond when called upon. You can now use a shortcut to unmute while holding down the keys Ctrl+Space (Windows) and Option+Space (macOS), then release keys to go back to muted state again. The feature is supported only on Teams Desktop.

To empower people with personal insights and recommendations in the flow of work to build better work habits, we are enabling Delay Delivery plan in Outlook to Microsoft Viva Insights licensed users or users with MyAnalytics (Full) service plan. Microsoft Viva Insights will show you suggestions for scheduling email deliveries that align with the recipient’s working hours in their respective time zones. The delay helps minimize disruptions to recipients outside their working hours.
