When creating an event, you can now book a workspace directly from the location field by searching or tapping Browse Workspaces. This feature is only available if you have workspace bookings enabled in settings and by your IT admin.

Microsoft 365 Copilot is adding scheduled prompt features for Frontier tenants, enabling users to automate recurring tasks with declarative agents and the Web tab. Available from mid-November 2025, users can schedule, edit prompts, and use natural language scheduling in the Work tab. A Copilot license is required.
