We’re making it easier to find what you need. This change will mean that users now see a single, streamlined list of all your conversations. No more switching between tabs or wondering where to look for specific conversations. Just select a conversation and you’ll pick up in the same context and mode as where you left off.

Microsoft Copilot in Teams will soon provide intelligent meeting recaps that include content shared on screen, enhancing the summary’s richness. This feature, requiring a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, will be available for various platforms by mid-September 2025, with no admin controls needed. No compliance considerations identified.

Microsoft Teams will introduce a new feature allowing users to select accent colors for visual customization. This update will be available on Desktop, Mac, and Web platforms, rolling out from late July 2025 to late August 2025. No admin action is required.

Viva Pulse now integrates with Viva Glint, allowing managers to take targeted actions after Glint engagement surveys. This feature is available to Viva Glint customers with eligible licenses and must be enabled by a Glint admin. It helps maintain engagement momentum by recommending Pulse questions based on Glint survey results. What and Why
To align with the updated Microsoft Purview eDiscovery (Premium) user interface, several eDiscovery APIs are being enhanced and promoted from Beta to V1. These updates introduce new parameters and export structures that improve search accuracy, provide deeper insights, and streamline workflows for compliance and legal teams. This change is based on customer feedback and aims to deliver a more consistent and powerful experience across UI and API surfaces.

Microsoft is introducing a feature in Microsoft Purview Data Lifecycle Management allowing admins to bypass retention policies and delete content from OneDrive and SharePoint before retention periods expire. This feature, available from August 2025, requires specific admin roles and supports managing Copilot-related artifacts independently. Compliance and role configuration updates are necessary.

Microsoft Security Copilot in Intune is now generally available, providing AI-driven capabilities to manage and protect endpoints. IT admins can use natural language to troubleshoot, create reports, and take actions. To use the new Explorer page, enable Security Copilot as an Azure owner or contributor and Intune administrator.

We are announcing the ability to create smooth transitions for time sensitive prompts in your voice conversation with hold and resume settings in Microsoft Copilot Studio. This feature will reach general availability on August 19, 2025.
