The “Send to Kindle” feature in Microsoft Word will retire starting February 9, 2026, and be fully removed by March 9, 2026. It will no longer be available on Word desktop or web, but users can still upload documents via Amazon’s Send to Kindle website. No admin action is needed.

Outlook for Android supports PDF attachment preview

Outlook for Android will support in-app PDF attachment previews starting late November 2025, enabling users to view PDFs directly within the app by default. No admin action is needed, and users can still open PDFs in other apps if desired. This applies to all commercial and education tenants.

New Copilot button in file previewer for OneDrive and SharePoint
