Microsoft Teams: Teams button on certified for Microsoft Teams personal peripheral devices one-click access to voice in Microsoft 365 Copilot within the Teams mobile app (iOS).

Now, you can connect your certified for Microsoft Teams personal Bluetooth device (such as your personal headset or earbuds) and with one press of the Teams button you can launch the Teams mobile app and invoke voice in Microsoft 365 Copilot within Teams. This feature eliminates the hassle of navigating menus on your mobile phone, giving you instant access to your personal AI assistant for quick conversational voice answers. This capability is initially available in iOS. Android and desktop client will be supported in a future release.

Outlook: New search folder types

Search Folders are being moved to the Settings experience in the new Outlook for Web and Windows, improving discoverability and alignment with modern organization workflows. In addition, we are expanding supported Search Folder types, including Mail with attachments, Old mail, and Large mail and more. Users will also gain the ability to filter Search Folders by specific folders, providing more precise control over how email is organized and surfaced. #newoutlookforwindows

Adaptive Scope for SharePoint is a dynamic scoping capability in Microsoft Purview DLP that allows administrators to automatically target DLP policies to the right sites based on attributes such as site URL, site name, or custom site metadata. Unlike static scoping, which requires manually listing sites and maintaining them over time, adaptive scopes continuously evaluate site properties and auto‑include or exclude locations as they evolve. This enables scalable policy deployment, eliminates the 100‑site static policy limit, and delivers granular, and automated targeting.

Microsoft Viva – Viva Glint: Navigation improvements in Reporting

Viva Glint Reporting will improve navigation by replacing the “Go Back” link with a feature allowing users to drill down and up within reports, returning to the previous report state instead of the home page. This will roll out globally in February 2026, enabled by default with no admin action needed.
