Administrators can choose where Pulse notifications are delivered to users from among the three notification delivery methods: email, Teams Chat, and Teams Activity feed.

Viva Pulse authors can now use new templates specific to M365 Copilot Readiness, Adoption & Impact to measure employee sentiment around their organization’s Copilot adoption. These templates will be available as part of your Microsoft365 Copilot subscription as well.

HR analysts and admins can access aggregated Pulse survey results across the organization and slice and dice the survey results to analyze Pulse survey results by organizational attributes (Ex. organizational hierarchy, job level, job function, geographic location, etc.).

The Microsoft Teams app update 1449/1.0.94.2024071104 is rolling out mid to late July 2024, offering new features like explicit consent for recording, rich call history, enhanced call transfer, simplified contact management, and a private line feature. Starting July 2024, Microsoft 365 admins will receive notifications for self-service purchases made by users. This feature provides awareness, actionable insights, and is on by default. Admins can manage or cancel subscriptions and should familiarize themselves with the self-service purchase FAQ and policy. Rollout completes by late August 2024. No admin action is required before the rollout.

Teams Rooms on Windows will soon support sending up to four USB camera feeds simultaneously, allowing remote participants to view all cameras at once. This feature is opt-in and requires admin configuration. Rollout begins mid-September 2024, with documentation updates to follow before launch.
