As stated in April of this year (MC243209), additional updates are being delivered with this app update. The Microsoft Viva Insights app in Teams will introduce a curated set of guided meditations and focus music from Headspace. This will be accessible via the app Home page to help users start their day grounded, relax their mind before a big meeting, or find focus before starting an important project.
The feature will initially only be available to those users who have English as their default Teams language.
We are updating how and where feedback is submitted inside Outlook. Feedback can still be submitted from inside Outlook, but you will notice changes in the submission process. This is rolling out across desktop, web, mobile and Mac.

Starting August 16 2021, we’ll be introducing new retention policies for Outlook Data Files (PST File type) Versions to prevent them from consuming storage capacity for OneDrive & SharePoint Online.
The new policy will limit the number of PST versions retained, resulting in greater storage capacity from PST version storage.
