Outlook: Initial version of PST support in new Outlook for Windows

The initial version of PST support in new Outlook for Windows will enable users to open “*.pst” files (a.k.a. Outlook Data Files), read all e-mail messages within the “*.pst” file, and search e-mail messages within the “.pst” file. This initial support is limited to Mail items and is read-only. All Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks data saved in the “*.pst” files are still there, but they cannot be accessed in this initial version. #newoutlookforwindows

Microsoft Purview portal: Enhanced global Search

The Microsoft Purview portal will soon introduce an enhanced global Search feature, allowing users to search for organizational profiles, including names, email addresses, role groups, and admin units. This update, associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap IDs 396570 and 396571, will start rolling out in early July 2024 and is expected to complete by early September 2024. No admin action is required for this automatic rollout.

Microsoft SharePoint Online: Apply shapes to images

SharePoint Online will soon introduce a feature allowing users to apply shapes like square, circle, triangle, hexagon, pebble, and teardrop to images in Image and Text web parts. Rollout begins mid-April 2024 and ends early June 2024. No admin action is needed before the rollout.
