Microsoft Defender for Office 365 will soon add a ‘last used date’ to Tenant Allow/Block List entries, aiding in managing the necessity of URLs, files, domains, and email addresses. The feature will start rolling out in mid-April 2024 and complete by late April 2024. No admin action is required for this update.

Microsoft Defender for Office 365 is updating submission results for enhanced clarity. Administrators will see improved results for submissions, including emails, Teams messages, attachments, URLs, and user reports. The updates will be available via the submission experience and API, linked with Roadmap ID 389856. Rollout begins mid-April 2024. No action is needed from users.

Time zone updates for Kazakhstan, Samoa, and Palestinian Authority

Three time zone changes have been put into effect as part of the March 2024 non-security preview update and the April 2024 security update. Samoa has abolished the use of DST. Kazakhstan has switched to a single time zone throughout the entire country. The Palestinian Authority has delayed the beginning of DST for 2024 and 2025.
