On November 1, 2025, we are releasing an update that introduces a change for Solution entity permissions. This change enforces WRITE permissions on the Solution entity, allowing users to add or remove solution components within a solution.
Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management variant limit is being increased from 3 to 10 per indicator and an overall limit of 100 across all indicators. Along with this, the number of items in one detection group is being increased from 200 to 500.
This feature introduces the ability to classify DLP alerts directly in the Purview portal. In addition to assigning a status, customers can now categorize alerts as True Positive, False Positive, or Benign Positive. This capability helps security teams better organize, track, and manage alerts, enabling more accurate reporting and efficient incident handling.
In addition to Teams Cast and HDMI ingest; you are able to share wirelessly using Miracast with Teams Rooms on Windows devices including touch boards. Available in Teams Rooms Pro.

Microsoft Teams will support emojis in custom section names starting November 2025 for Desktop and Web, with Mobile support later. This feature, enabled by default without admin changes, helps users personalize and organize sections visually. No preparation is required, but communication and documentation updates are suggested.
