Copilot in OneDrive, available on OneDrive for Web, will allow you to ask questions and get information from files in your OneDrive without having to open the files. It will also summarize one or multiple files. Copilot in OneDrive will work on the following file types: DOC, DOCX, FLUID, LOOP, PPT, PPTX, XLSX, PDF, ODT, ODP, RTF, ASPX, RTF, TXT, HTM, and HTML. Copilot in OneDrive requires a Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 license.
Tasks can now be seen in a grid view in the web version of Microsoft To Do as well as when using To Do in other apps like Microsoft Outlook.
You can use Teams on your Android device to record your screen and share it with others in any channel or chat. Just press and hold the camera icon next to the compose box and then tap the screen recorder icon to begin the recording.

Shortly after a meeting ends, meeting participants will automatically get a set of all the artifacts from the meeting in the meeting chat. Included in this set is a quick entry point to the meeting recap page, the transcript, the recording, Collaborative notes, any files that were shared, a link to any Whiteboard that was used, and the meeting details like date and time of the meeting event. For Teams Premium users, in addition to the entry point to intelligent recap, users will also see highlights like number of speakers, number of name mentions, and suggested tasks.
Collaborative notes allow meeting attendees to co-create and collaborate on their meeting agenda, notes, and action items. Since Collaborative notes are a Loop component, it is always in sync regardless of how many places they live in. Assigned Tasks in Collaborative notes automatically sync with ToDo & Planner.

We are expanding the existing ‘Who can record’ control for meeting organizers to include transcription. With this change, meeting organizers with a Teams Premium license will see a control called ‘Who can record and transcribe’ in the meeting options, which allows meeting organizers to select from two options: (1) organizers and co-organizers, or (2) organizers, co-organizers, and presenters. This control allows meeting organizers to manage which roles are able to initiate recording and transcription for a meeting.

Microsoft Clipchamp will now allow users to start a trial or purchase a Clipchamp Premium add-on license with their credit card. Users will be able to use the Clipchamp Premium features free of charge for 30 days when they start their trial, after which they will be charged for the license.
