Enforcing mailbox receiving limits

We are updating the way we enforce our receiving limits in Exchange. Starting in April 2021, we will be more strictly enforcing limits across all mailboxes to protect the health of our systems and ensure optimal mail flow performance for all customers.

Performance Improvements in Excel for the Web

Our mission is to enable fast, smooth, coherent, and delightful experiences for our customers in Excel for the web. Through recent performance improvements we’ve reached a significant milestone toward these goals, and with this update, end users will see this reflected in their Excel for the web. This change will positively impact several usage scenarios including opening workbooks, navigating within a workbook, and general Excel for the web user interface navigation.

In response to customer feedback, this represents the next set of improvements targeting performance in Excel for the web. This communication is to share changes we’ve made that customers are asking for, and to let you know Microsoft continues to make ongoing investments in Excel for the web performance and improves the end user experience.

Change coming to your Power Automate Service

In order to provide effective support to all of our customers, Microsoft must enforce the boundaries of the different support plans that we offer. Starting in early March, we will allow customers to submit support cases for ‘advisory’ issues according to their support plan. As documented here, only customers with a Professional Direct or Unified support plan (premium support plans) can file an ‘advisory” support ticket.

Previously, we have not differentiated between technical and advisory support in the Power Platform Admin Center and allowed admins and their users to file ‘advisory’ tickets without checking their support plans.
