Graph Connector Content Results Experience Switches to Results Inline in All Vertical

You will soon see Graph Connector results merged inline in the All vertical on SharePoint (organization level) and Office.com. This means that your users will experience Graph Connector results seamlessly integrated with Microsoft content instead of the current result cluster experience which is bound to a fixed place in the middle of the page and has a maximum of two results from a single custom vertical.

With inline Connector results, your users can see as many relevant Connector results as retrieved and ranked for each individual query and determined by underlying AI-based search and ranking system. Users can also use the pagination elements at the bottom of the search result page to browse through results that can include connected content or use the Last Modified- and File Type-filters to refine their search for connected content.

Pride Themes in New Mac Outlook

We’ve created colorful themes inspired by the flags of the LGBTQI+ communities to help you show your Pride in the New Mac Outlook. When you’re using the Pride theme, you’ll see rainbow accent colors applied in the app.

You can celebrate Pride by choosing one of five different themes inspired by the Pride, Lesbian, Bisexual, Non-binary, and Transgender flags. (The Outlook themes will be available on a year-round basis, not just during the month of June.)

Enabling Azure Application Admin role for App Management across Microsoft 365 suite products

Microsoft allows admins to manage third party store apps and Line of Business apps across various M365 suite products from Integrated Apps blade in M365 Admin Center. Currently Integrated Apps access is limited to Global Admins, Global Reader Admins and Exchange Admins. Viva Goals: Changes to Members’ Listing in Organization and Team Administration pages

As part of our continued efforts to improve customer experience in Viva Goals, we are bringing in a few changes to how members of organizations and teams are listed in the admin pages in Viva Goals.

In March 2023, we rolled out a feature that allowed Viva Goals team admins to add an AAD group as members to a team. As part of this feature, org admins can also add multiple groups as members to an organization. As groups can now be added as members of an organization/team, we will soon be launching an updated members listing page that will list both individuals and groups as members of an organization or team.

Visio Organizational Trial offering

Beginning in April, we are enhancing our trial offering for Visio (MC306669, December 2021) by allowing users to sign up for a trial license, or request for a paid license with their AAD account. Visual Refresh of Office apps for Windows

We apologize for the late message center notification for the Visual Refresh of Microsoft 365 apps for Windows. The Microsoft 365 Visual Refresh uses the Fluent Design principles to deliver an intuitive, coherent, and familiar experience across all your applications. The Visual Refresh was released alongside Windows 11 in June 2021. We have been slowly rolling out the feature via the Coming Soon pane and making improvements based on your feedback. The Visual Refresh on Windows 11 is currently available for all Microsoft 365 Subscription and Perpetual 2021 users in Production Current Channel and Monthly Enterprise Channel. Windows 11 users can still opt-out via the Coming Soon pane. A bug in the rollout caused Windows 10 production Microsoft 365 Subscription and some Perpetual 2021 users to not receive the change.

Upcoming ChangeThe Visual Refresh will be initially released as an opt-in experience for Windows 10 production Microsoft 365 Subscription users via the Coming Soon pane. Perpetual 2021 Windows 10 and Windows 11 users will receive the Visual Refresh by default and can opt-out via the Coming Soon pane.
