The new Community Insights feature in Yammer enables Community Managers to measure and improve the engagement in their communities. The new Questions & Answers insights enables you to measure the volume of knowledge created by users in your community by using the Questions & Answers feature.

When this will happen

This will be available to all customers using the new Yammer experience in late December.

How this will affect your organization

All users will automatically see the new Community and Questions & Answers Insights experience in the new Yammer.
