Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint Library dropdown menu

We’re adding a dropdown menu that allows you to easily switch between multiple document libraries associated with a team or site. Now when you select a team or site within OneDrive, you’ll be taken to the default document library instead of a list of document libraries to choose from.

OneDrive and Microsoft Stream: Sharing Links that block download for most video and audio files is now available

Users can now choose to share most video and audio files with a sharing link that will prevent recipients from being able to download the file. Recipients can still view the file via the web player experiences.

Improvements to SharePoint pages authoring

We’re making changes to the editing experience for SharePoint pages to make it easier for users to understand where they are by adding labels, reducing clutter by consolidating actions into a single web part toolbar, and putting authors into focus mode by default to remove visual distractions.

SharePoint: Migrate SharePoint 2010 and 2013 workflows to Power Automate

Provide Microsoft 365 customers with a tool to migrate SharePoint-based workflows to Power Automate. You will be able to migrate SharePoint 2010 (out-of-the-box) workflows and SharePoint 2013 (SharePoint Designer) workflows to Power Automate flows. Initially this will be implemented via PowerShell, and in future it will be more integrated into the SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT).

New SharePoint hub to hub associations

This release will add the ability to associate a SharePoint hub site to another hub site to expand search results across multiple hubs in your organization. This will enable users to discover relevant content when searching on any sites related to the associated hubs.

SharePoint Navigation Switcher

This feature update will bring users a new navigation option feature for SharePoint team sites. Team site owners will be able to switch the team site navigation orientation from vertical to horizontal. Additionally, site navigation visibility can be turned off completely. This new navigation option allows site owners to customize their team site by changing navigation’s orientation and visibility to achieve a different look and feel, layouts, and alignment styles.
