Outlook: Local Contact Search
With a newly added search bar, you may now search your local contact list in Outlook mobile by typing the name of a contact.

With a newly added search bar, you may now search your local contact list in Outlook mobile by typing the name of a contact.
This feature will allow users to share whiteboards with external guests of your tenant via a personal share link (PSL). This feature will respect any OneDrive/Sharepoint sharing settings your tenant has enabled. Additionally, if your tenant has Business to Business Invitation Manager (B2B IM) enabled, this feature will allow you to send a whiteboard via PSL to external users and B2B IM will create a guest user account for them so they can access the file.

We will be removing the toggle that switches between the Feed and the sections view in the Outlook Mobile Feed.
Compact chat list is a feature addition that is coming to compact mode. Users in compact mode will now have hidden message previews in their chat list. This new design will enable users to keep messages more private, view more chats in their chat list and navigate the chat list more easily. This feature addition to the existing compact mode will be rolling out across Microsoft Teams Desktop and Web and will provide a condensed view of the chat list for compact mode users.

We are pleased to announce that the Modern Security Role Editor User Interface is now available for the Power Platform admin center (PPAC).
The Stream migration tool will become available for GCC customers on July 30, 2023. This tool helps admins migrate video and audio files and related metadata from Stream (classic) to new Stream (on SharePoint). With the Stream migration tool admins can select some, or all, video and audio files in Stream (classic) and then move them to SharePoint folders, SharePoint site collections, or specific OneDrive folders.
Now, you can configure or add an app for Teams meetings while scheduling a meeting from Outlook. This app will be ready to use when you chat or join the meeting in Teams.
